SS Industrial Biscuit Making Machines
Introduction of 100kg/h Full Automatic Dog Cookies Production Line:
Industrial machine for biscuit making is the company digestion and absorption of Japanese technology, novel design, compact structure, high degree of automation equipment, from dough rolling, molding, waste recycling, drying, fuel injection, cooling automatic one-time completed. The company can provide users with hundreds of mould and dozens of technological formula. By changing the mould and process recipe, this biscuit machine can produce market popular all kinds of high-grade cookies, such as butter cookies, biscuit, thin biscuit, soda biscuit, multi-dimensional animal crackers, cookies, vegetables, cookies, etc.
Biscuit can be divided into soft biscuit and hard biscuit ,according to recipe, process and different molding methods.
For soft biscuit, it can be molded by the rotary molding machine. There is no production of 'cutter scrap' dough.
For hard biscuit, it requires the dough to be laminated and transferred to gauge rollers, when the thick-ness is thin enough to form dough pieces the sheet passes under cutters which make the pieces. These pieces are separated from the surrounding dough (known as cutter scrap) and pass forward to be placed onto the oven band for baking. The cutter scrap is normally returned to the sheeter and reincorporated with fresh dough as the sheet is formed.
For small scale production capacity needs, you can choose a integrated forming machine for soft biscuit and hard biscuit.
For large scale production capacity needs, you can choose separate molding machine for soft biscuit or hard biscuit.

8>Biscuit filling machine (Optional for sandwich crackers)
To get a hard biscuit the dough ribbon is formed by using a roller extruder. The formed ribbon pass through a laminator with multiple rolling and resting. To give the dough a layered structure the continuous dough is being laid as an “envelope” at the exit of the laminator. Getting a ribbon of a given thickness with preserving the structure of dough is carried out on a three-modular rolling machine.
Remains of dough ribbon after the forming of dough pieces can be returned for usage and, as a rule, the dough ribbon formed out of them is fed together with the ribbon from the laminator to the rolling machine.

The production of biscuits in a factory include the steps of mixing, molding, baking and cooling. These are the four primary stages of biscuit production.
The first step involves feeding the ingredients – flour, sugar, fat and so on – into the mixers to prepare the dough. The mixing phase is usually done more than once with different speeds, but flour characteristics also play a role.
For hard biscuit, the second step requires the dough to be laminated and transferred to gauge rollers. For soft biscuits, no lamination and gauge rolls are required. It is in this stage that biscuits receive their shapes, either through cutting or molding.
The third stage has the biscuits baking inside of the oven where radiation, convection and conduction give the biscuits the correct color and volume. The biscuits are carried into the oven on a wire mesh band.
In the cooling stage, biscuits are placed onto 6- to 10 meter- cooling conveyors to cool at room temperature. According to Delon, natural cooling is preferred over forced cooling in order to maintain the texture quality of the biscuits.
The biscuits are then feed into packaging machines to be inserted into slug packs, pouch packs or family packs to be shipped to retailers. Industry and regulatory standards require that quality control checks be performed at every step of production.
